Vocational education on the basis of secondary education

Learning occurs over a period of one year on the level of vocational education, and the main focus is on the acquisition of professional skills. The internship and the implementation of teaching methods supporting practical skills are of a high proportion. Learning takes place, in addition to the form of day studies, also in the form of distance studies (in the cases where the officials in service who are studying and working simultaneously). The subjects taught are psychology and communication, conducting daily supervision procedures, Russian language and the legal knowledge necessary for work. The studies are free of charge.
