- Performs the daily tasks in prison based on ethics and human rights principles;
- Uses a cooperative and supportive communication style with prisoners, taking into account the individual needs of the person;
- Implements various restraint measures and special tools, understanding the partially invasive nature of the measures;
- Knows the basic principles of solving emergency situations in prisons and ensures the cooperation of the management team responding to incidents;

The methods used in the training are lecture, seminar, group work, role plays and practical learning.
The participant has basic knowledge and skills to work with prisoners based on the recommendations of the Council of Europe (European Prison Rules) in accordance with human rights, focusing on a humane and ethical relationship with prisoners and at the same time assessing risk situations to ensure a safe and developing environment for both prisoners and officials.
