LSP IN TIMES OF CHANGE
At the symposium, we will explore the evolving role of Languages for Specific Purposes (LSP) education in contemporary society and share experiences based on research and practice. The symposium will address the impact of technological and societal changes on LSP education, the growing role of artificial intelligence in professional and educational contexts, and innovations in teaching, assessment, and curriculum development.
The symposium will be held in a hybrid format, allowing participants to attend either on-site or online. A participation link will be sent by email to online participants.
Keynote Speakers
Cédric Sarré, Professor of Applied Linguistics, Sorbonne University. As a member of various research teams, his focus is on the future pathways in language course development in online settings, the integration of technology in language learning and teaching, English for Specific Purposes and teacher education.
Jaanika Jaanits, Junior Research Fellow, University of Tartu. An anthropologist driven by the development of organisations and people, change management, and various aspects of learning, communities and engagement.

Registration and payment of the participation fee will open on 24 August and close on 20 October.
