Centre for Legal and Social Sciences

The Centre for Legal and Social Sciences (CLSS) is part of the Internal Security Institute, and its main activities involve providing generic competences related training to the students of the EASS, and conducting research and development activities.

There are four modules we teach:

  • internal security and crisis management;
  • module of legal subjects;
  • written and oral expression;
  • management and self-management and social competence.

The lecturers also teach general subjects to the Master’s students of the Internal Security Institute.

When the teaching of generic competencies is concerned, the centre aims to be as speciality-specific as possible. Many of the lecturers of the centre have been appreciated for conducting continuing education training for our cooperation partners.
