Cooperation partners abroad

The College’s main cooperation partner is the Finnish Training Institute for Prison and Probation Services (Rikosseuraamusalan koulutuskeskus, RSKK). Cooperation between the College and the Training Institute began already when the College was founded, and the Finnish partners have helped us build a modern training system for prison officials and train lecturers. It has already become a tradition that the best third year students of the College are taken on a study visit to the Finnish Training Institute for Prison and Probation Services where they receive a speciality-related training and also have an opportunity to visit a prison. We also have plans to carry out a lecturers’ exchange.
