International relations are one of the top priorities for the Estonian Academy of Security Sciences. Cooperation and exchange of best practices with universities and other educational institutions aboard have always been highly valued by the Academy’s staff, professors and students. The aim of the International Relations Office is to help fulfill the mission of EASS in education, research, and the area of internal security and law enforcement by promoting valuable international cooperation. The most important means to this end is the efficient management and further extension of its student, academic staff and research exchange programs.
International Relations Office:
- co-ordinates tasks defined in the bilateral agreements between EASS and foreign higher education institutions
- participates in Erasmus+ and other mobility programs
- fulfills tasks related to the Academy’s membership in international organizations and networks helps organize the official visits of university staff
- coordinates the programs of foreign guests visiting EASS
- contributes to the international promotion of the Academy
