Call for Applications: Micro-Credential Course in Tackling Hybrid Threats

The Estonian Academy of Security Sciences, in partnership with Mykolas Romeris University in Lithuania and the Croatian Police Academy, is offering a specialized micro-credential course focused on tackling hybrid threats.

The Micro-Credential Course in Tackling Hybrid Threats is specifically tailored to meet the needs and interests of students, practitioners and scholars in the fields of security, law enforcement, intelligence, and related domains. This course aims to deepen participants' knowledge of contemporary security challenges and equip them with practical tools to effectively counteract hybrid threats.

The course will span a total of 15 weeks, commencing on August 30, 2024 and concluding on December 13, 2024 and it will be delivered through a combination of online lectures, interactive seminars, case studies, and engaging discussions, and face-to-face week December 09-13, 2024 in Tallinn. The course will be conducted in English. Proficiency in English is therefore necessary.

Interested candidates are invited to apply for the Micro-Credential Course in Tackling Hybrid Threats by submitting the following documents:

  1. Copy of Bachelors’ degree (BA) Diploma of Professional Higher Education or a corresponding qualification.
  2. Certificate of English proficiency at B2 level; if you don’t possess this Certificate, online platform for English language self-test will be provided.
  3. Motivation letter: Share a detailed motivation letter outlining your reasons for applying to the course, your goals, and how you expect to benefit from this opportunity.
  4. Scanned copy of ID document (ID card or passport) 
  5. CV of an applicant.

The course is financed by the Erasmus+ program.
